From the front office to the clinical team, our job is to listen to you, respect your feelings and concerns, and educate you, rather than judge your decisions. Only then will we deliver your treatment with the utmost of care and understanding. Dr. Mark McKenny
Dr. McKenny grew up in York, NE, and he couldn’t be happier to call Boone home. He graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and then continued his education at Creighton’s dental school. His family includes his wife Rachel and their children Patrick, Amelia, and John.
Registered dental hygienist
Rhonda Allen
Rhonda has been a hygienist for 27 years. She received her education from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota. Rhonda has lived in many parts of Iowa, from Dickens, where she was raised, to Sioux Center, and finally to Boone now for 13 years. She has been married to her husband, Tom, for 25 years and they have two children, Andrew and Kendra. Andrew recently got married and Kendra will be graduating from Chiropractic school soon.

Bailee Nelson
Bailee has been a registered Dental Hygienist for over 8 years. She graduated from Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge, IA in 2015. Bailee is married to Justin and they have 3 kids; Tegan, Birdie, + the newest addition, Nile, joined their crew April 2023. She is soaking up all the baby snuggles and loves spending her summers at the pool. She is an organizing extraordinaire and enjoys home improvement projects/renovating their house in her free time.

Doreen has been a registered dental assistant for ___ years. She received her certification from ____. Doreen is an Ogden native. Her and husband, ____, have been together for __ years. They have 7 children and 4 grandchildren. During the winter months you can find Doreen cheering on her sons and grandchildren on the wrestling mat. She cherishes the time she gets to spend with her grandchildren! Between wrestling tournaments and babysitting her grandbaby, Doreen enjoys ___ in her free time.

Bridget Hilsabeck
Bridget has been a registered dental assistant for 7 years. She received her certification from Des Moines Area Community College in Ankeny, IA. Bridget is newly married as of April 2023! She and her husband, Ryne, are both Boone natives. They enjoy spending their summers camping and taking their 2 dogs on long walks.

Elisa Tonne
Elisa has been in the dental field for 6 years and is an expert in maximizing your dental insurance benefits. Call her crazy but she enjoys working with insurance! Elisa graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 2015. She and her husband, Quinn, moved to the Ames area in 2017. They have been together for nearly 10 years and have 2 boys, Keiyan and Lennon, that keep them on their toes and busier than ever! Their 2 acre property with timber and a creek in the backyard is where they spend all their free time. Elisa also owns her own photography business, Vibe Photo Co.
